So here is where im at with the dash, it came moulded in a textured finish which was awful ! so ive had to sand it all down smooth, then there was the bend in the top as you get with most dashes so ive straightened it out a bit, it wont be perfect but it will be better than it was.
Ive also bought one of Bo McDonalds custom made voice box pieces, these are awesome and really give the authentic look to the voicebox area rather than just cutting holes in the dash.
I also have the tv frame to set in place, i just need to get the tv in place and set the frame over it, until i get the look im after.
Other mods included closing the drivers side, this was completely open, so when you open the door you would be able to see the electronics hanging behind the dash ! so i made a piece and fibreglassed it into place to give it a better look, and i have also blended in the speaker grilled from my dashpad.
Hopefully this time next year the inside of KITT will be lit up like a christmas tree :D
