Drew's 1972 Sprint Mustang
The car is well under restoration now. I have bought new valences, rims, tires, grille, hood, rear end, driveshaft, engine, transmission and have pulled the old engine and trans, preparing it to get painted in the coming days/weeks.
I know the Sprints are white and blue outside but the people who had it before me had it painted a metallic blue with two wide white stripes on the hood. The interior still has the original white and blue upholstery with red tubing, but is in poor condition.
The car runs great and has performance intake, headers, and a 4BBL holley carb. Pushes about 300 to 350 HP. The engine is being taken out in January for a 600 horsepower 302. I will provide a list of parts when I fully update this profile.
Has front disc brakes and rear drums. All lights, A/C, heat, wipers, radio, and just about any and everything else works with no problem. There are no rusted out spots on the car and only slight surface rust where the car was scratched on the passenger side door. Originally the car came from CA.
About the color....
