Everyday for the past 4 months basically I have been working on this to get it perfect. I have with my good friend Dustin assembled and re-assembled the headlights 4 times...
You can see the core support in the image with the hood open.
This is the handmade downpipe/upper pipe that was made. This and amongst other things have been addressed to retain a manufactored look. This photo is prior to ceramic coating.
Initial fitment process. The headlights have been refined and the mounting design has been completed.
...wiring...
(still a work in progress) Dustin Miller of Dustin Miller Customs hand made these headlight assemblies as well as the R32 conversion in addition to the one off front end conversion including major hood and front bumper fabrication.

Turbonetics 60-1

These headlights are completely built from scratch. PIAA projectors are used for the lighting, however the housing and internal/external construction is completed by Dustin Miller of Dustin Miller Customs.
_____________________________________________________________ *R32 Tailight Conversion Construction* Panels have been fabricated and welded onto the rear quarters to accomodate the actual R32 housing. The housing's have been mated to the 89 prelude taillight center section.
