This is what my motor looks like currently.

The drive train in my car is still the original with 167K miles. Everything except for the radiator hoses, spark plugs + wires, coil, battery, air filter, belts, and master cylinder have never been replaced.
But this upcoming spring, nothing will be original.

This was the car I bought for my 455ci.
It was a 1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88 tow package. 455 backed by a TH400.
It was in and out of my yard in less than 24 hours.
I bought this September '04

This is the 455 after diassembly to inspect the damage of 160,000 miles.
After checking the bores I decided to go .030 overbore.

Through Summit I have purchased 2323f+30 Speed Pro pistons, Edelbrock cyl. heads, and heads bolts so far.
I got the reconditioned Edelbrock O4B intake from the Stafford (CT) Swap Meet.
From a speed shop in Hartford, Ramos, I got an.......
OFFENHAUSER DUAL QUAD intake manifold!!
