Back in October '04 I performed a disc brake conversion since the drums had to be replaced anyway. I replaced the springs front/rear with stock height Heavy Duty, and rebuilt the entire front suspension with polyurethane.

The rear suspension has Edelbrock adjustable upper trailing arms, Edelbrock lower boxed trailing arms and Hotchkis mounting brace. All of the bushings are Polyurethane except for the upper bushings on the housing, which are still rubber.

Underneath is still very clean. A couple of years from now when I restore the body of the car, I am going to sand blast the frame and coat it. With what, I haven't decided.
