OE manifold,rubbish.

How NOT to build the header and exhaust...(expensive learning)
this initial setup was made from thin wall stainless consequently there was vibration between the engine and turbo.It was also built far to close to the wheel well(6mm).
the exhaust had very poor clearance also.
the flexi-join and Vband clamps were the only parts reused in the current setup.
Wrapping wasnt such a good idea on the manifold as it traps to much heat wish causes fatigue.downpipe etc is fine though.
Oil drain added.
Original cam cover.Welding to the magnesium wasnt so good.a new one was bought to install a better vent setup.
First style intake went to the gaurd which was later decided a pita and scrapped.
Because of the lack of room around the exhaust manifold,it was decided to make harder engine mounts.this just induced huge amount of vibration into the chassis.so OE items have been refitted.
Custom Radiator water level and oil temp/press sensor mounts.
Custom loom,which was scrapped in favour of universal motec loom later.
N/A model pump,installed with the intension to run electric fans...later decided to purchase a new Kompressor version and continue to run the Viscous setup.
a few hose Couplers,later all changed to Nickle plated versions.
First Running Turbo setup,ran on stock ECU,no tuning however it had a few holes at part throttle.
Apexi boost control,trust MSS..used for 10 mins then removed.
Apexi filters and DTM tips almost made it into the project...
Didnt tighten the crank pully to 200nm resulting in damage to the key way...this problem initiated the current turbo and engine build.
Hagus mirrors,made for left had drive so didnt fit or angle correctly.
Old Slotted brembo rotors
C36 muffer,installed then later chopped open to make more free flowing,didnt make it back on.

Rust prevention while the suspension was being done
Opened up gearbox to check wear,in excellent condition replace bearings,runs Redline oil box and diff.

The "Devo",VR4 IC,2.5" exhaust from turbo one resonator no muffler,wrx scoop housed the intake,modified fuel pump,pretty slow but sounded fast with a tiny turbo running 15psi...he he
Evo3,intake and exhaust mods...faster than the Devo =)
97 typeR,trust exhaust,spoon 4-1,Advan RG's,Apexi suspension,homemade 4" intake,few other mods...reliable thrash happy car,2 door and rough ride is a pita.
