Nice of you to drop in and check out my old 245. (Car #892 who left the plant back in 1974)
As you volvo dudes already have noticed , it's modified to an (european) 84/85.
(Originally green with dark brown interior)
The rear axle is from a -77 264GLE,
interior & sway bars from a -84 245GLT .

Powered by a B23A (-84)with M47 5sp.man (-84)
It sure won't be the last engine in this car.
