I purchased this car for $900 in 1978. I drove it for a couple of years then put it to rest till I could fix it up. Restoration started in 1991 with a rear quarter panel replacement and various corrosion repairs being done. Another 10 years went by with it all apart in bags in the garage. With the prompting of a 10 year old son who wanted to know when I was going to put it back together, I started on the final restoration. With the help of car restoration shop, we shared the work to get it complete. They did major paint work and I did the detailing, mechanic work and reassembly. It took about 10 months to complete this work.
