Hey Adam! Hows it goin, thanks for checkin out my Accord, MAN how did you even think of my car... Man, too bad about ur last car, that was lookin sick, can't wait to see the Pearl though! Well if that's all you want then go ahead and do it. I actually recently learned that bov's increase turbo response because they have a higher spring rate and close the bleeder valve sooner then most stock recirculation valves. The same effect can be achieved by replacing the spring in the stock valve. However I still think you can find something better to get for your car then a bov. Trust me when I say it's one of the mods that I regret.

Well there are always things to consider when turning up the boost. If your system is MAF (mass air flow) based then you should be able to increase boost a little without modifying the ecu. If your system is MAP (manifold absolute pressure) based then increasing boost will require better fuel delivery and ECU modification. I suggest you find a forum for your car and read what others have done. As far as the BOV goes they are relatively easy to install, but essentially a waste of money if you don't have upgraded boost.
