Iethiopian's 1963 Ford Falcon

This is the original interior as I received it with the 71 Mustang Buckets, did not do it for me these seats look totaly out of place.

I scavenged these buckets at a local yard from a later model Mustang ll. These were a great find at 35.00 for the pair. The lines are closer to the stock buckets for this era, the color is dead on they have adjustable head rest and a nice low profile.

Original shifter was on the tree but was converted to the floor when the Mustang engine and trans were loaded. These old three speed trannys are crude, felt like shifting an old truck, I do not think I ever could have taken a liking to it.

New Grant steering wheel, gages (scavanged for 5.00) and new shifter atop T-5 transmission. This transmision is a great upgrade, short throw, smooth action and a synchronized 1st gear, did not have that on the three speed. Cruising at 70mph on the open highway in 4th. I often forget that I have one more gear to shift into.
