INTERIOR "UPGRADES"
I call my van Junkyard Jitters since most of the added parts come from my favorite junkyard (Pull-A-Part).
Shown below are the captain's chairs ($21.50 each) mounted on coil-sprung reclining swivel pedistals ($8.50 each) and 3-point belts ($6.50 each), along with an old grant steering wheel & mounting kit with stock b-van horn button ($6.50 for all).
I also got another gauge cluster (still needs to be painted)with oil pressure gauge -mine had idiot light ($16.50) & and good dash harness -mine was butchered ($12.50) All of these parts were, of course, junkyard pieces.
Another junkyard upgrade is this "new" dash shell ($12.50) to replace my butchered one.
My old dash:

The "new" shell (as bought):
The "new" shell (stripped of paint & rust):
The "new" shell (painted satin black for now):
Because I couldn't find another washer wiper decal to replace the old one, I made my own using a CD label-maker program. It's not an exact replica, but will do for now.
