Well...
My CarDomain page is getting too big. I've got more than 400 pictures and the edit pages are SLOOOOOOOOOOW to load. at least 15 minutes for each pictures I upload. I need a 2nd page to complete my car!

So, this is my "BOX" part 2!

What's new?
November 16th 2004: I wanted to do a burnout with my fresh installed Edelbrock 1406 Carb. My engine can drive my car at 100km/h in less than 6 seconds. Too much torque! I broken my differential.

1 year ago, I rebuilted my differential. 3.55 gears, limited slip. Everything was new. I busted out my ring gear, the pinion, the bearings and the piece retaining the bearings in place. I need to replace the ENTIRE differential casing. Drums were fresh installed : New drums & new pads.

3 Crown Vics...
- My friend has a 92 Crown Vic. Differential OK
- This friend bought another Crown ; bad differential (bearings and axles were dead)
- My Crown Vic broke that day! I'm lucky...

I will swap my entire differential with the one that came stock on his '93 and put back the pieces that were good on my box.

1- Swapped the complete differential
2- Keep my clutches and my locking unit
3- Keep my axles
4- Find new spacers because I've my old were reduced in pieces
5- Reinstall new brake lines and new handbrake cable system
6- At the end, I realized my ols axles didn't fit (1" too short)
7- Buy 1 used axle (150$)
8- Fit the discs & pads
9- Bleed the brakes
10- Byebye!

I live in Quebec... No junkyards have clear lens in stock. I had to order them from a guy in British Colombia! I spent few months on Crown Vic Forums before to find a guy parting out his '91 Crown Vic with clear lens.

I hate the tires!

This is better! Rims for 2002 Crown Victoria w/ used tires from a police car. Still very good, only 25$ per tire.

Front coil springs were both broken, so lowered, and they were MUCH too soft. I bought springs for a '89 Vic w/5.0L, but wasn't the best choice. I need the police springs, which are DISCONTINUED from Ford dealer and all auto parts. I'll buy special springs from the Internet.

My 2-core rad busted. I replaced for a high performance 3-core rad for Mustangs.

thanks for getting back to me so soon.
I'll keep looking for a T5 trans and put it in this summer when my auto trans goes.

and i saw your other car and if you didn't notice my C.Vic had a three trumpet air horn that broke off one by one , so dont think of mounting them under the bumper. If you look close to the right picture then you can see what happened to two of them
