Good grief, it's been a hot minute since I've been on this site! Needless to say, new pictures and updates are in order.

As far as the exterior is concerned, I changed the front bumper and and added the OEM rear spats/"diffuser." The HID setup I was running took a dump on me for the second time so I ponied up for a proper Phillips setup. Mechanically speaking, I ditched the VF22 for a "green," installed a Samco inlet, went to an external wastegate configuration, and added an oil cooler into the mix. The interior benefits from a new gauge or three and a MY04 cluster. There's probably things I have forgotten but that's the basics.

With less than 35k miles on the body/chassis and less than 15k on the engine it's clear I don't drive it much these days. As such, the stock transmission and clutch are still installed and doing just fine. Right now I'm in massive need of a tune (still running the VF22 maps) which might expose any clutch or transmission faults. Other than that the car is running quite well all things considered. It could use a proper detail and I need to address some minor things that bother me but I'm pretty happy with the way the car sits.

Future plans include either selling it or continuing to waste even more money on it. My motorcycle roots are tightening their hold on me again so that's why I have the itch to sell it. If I can find a buyer I'll pick up something N/A (read: too costly to make fast) and a street bike. (I'm also stepping up my road racing program for next season.) If I end up keeping it I'll do something different with the seats, brakes, wheels, front bumper and sides, and maybe the clutch and transmission depending on how the tune goes.

Semi-recent pictures are below as well as a fairly accurate modification list. Look at the bottom of the page for the pictures I posted when I first registered on the site.

Beautiful WRX. I love them, and it's nice to see someone modding one who obviously knows what they're doing. Good luck. If I've got one suggestion, it would be that a CF hood, without the scoop would look better, especially since you got that mean FMIC in there now so you dont really need the scoop anyways.
