Original 260 V-8 Challenger with Sprint chrome trimmings, Eldebrock RPM, 600 holley and Hedman shorties. These were my first mods to the car in addition to raking the car by cutting the front coils, adding front and rear sway bars, American wheels,KYB gas adjust shocks and BFG T/A Radials. It was fun while it lasted but the original engine now has 160k on it. Although it is still running strong it has begun to blow just a bit of oil out of front seal at speeds over 70mph.
After collecting parts for over a year new 331 stroker is ready to be put together.

Still running strong after 41 years.
Have been collecting parts for the past year here are some of the new arrivals

Boots the cat atop new engine and my 30.00 aluminum valve covers found at a local swapmeet, I like the old school look and the cooling fins. I had to cut out the internal baffels to get them to clear the rocker assembly. Running a PVC valve on one and the rubber twist in gromet is sealed to the valve cover woth silicone. The other side has a twist in extension with a Canton breather atop. There is a rubber baffel I found that fits inside the extension.
