StreetRod '63 Fairlane
Hi, my name is Mikel, I'm 21 and this is my 1963 Ford Fairlane 2 door Sedan. I bought her November 10, 2002 from the original owner, who let it sit for more than 25 years without being touched. Her name is, Georgia.
She came all original with a 170 ci straight six, and NO options. I have since redone the interior, in Hot Rod fashion, and she has received a new windshield. I have also picked up a 302, chrome traction bars, sweet exhaust headers, 15x7 American Racing Smoothies and BF Goodrich Radial TA's; 195/60/15 out front and 225/60/15 for the rear. She will soon have all the brakes rebuilt, new exhaust system with 2.5" pipes and Cherry Bombs and the motor will be dropped in, hopefully sooner than later. For those all important burnouts, a Hurst Roll control will get the brakes done just right for maximum smoke. I am trying to build a car that I feel is representative of what a mid 60's street rodder would do, thats my nostalgia for an era I wasnt even apart of.
This is how she looked the day I bought her, and the day she came home on the trailer.

Concept
This is the what I am aiming for while I build my Fairlane, sleek lines and a sexy look. She's beutiful.
