CAR FOR SALE
On the way to carisle

Tuner Warz 2006

DISCLAIMER: This is mostly for people who will see my car in person. My parents did not help me at all with my car, unless you call letting me live at home with them when i'm still 25 years old, Help. Thats all they did. I worked my ass off and got nothing for free. Anyone can do this to there car with enough focus and time. So if you ever see my car on the street, don't be a jealous and take your anger out on it thinking that mommy and daddy paid for it, so mommy and daddy will fix it. Cause they won't! My worst fear is someone trying to vandelize it when i'm not looking. Not only will i have to pay for what ever happens but i'll dedicate my life to finding out who did it and either pressing full charges or beating the fuck out of you depending on what you did.
There have been minor attemps made to do something to my car and i just letting people know what i'm about. I'm a nice enough guy, so feel free to come up and tell me what you think or ask any questions that you have. i'll be glad to talk cars with strangers. All in all, Just show some respect by not fucking with it. I trade some of the best years of my life for this car. Thanks

My name is Mike Foster. I'm 25 years old and I live in Brockway, Pa.
Do to high demand from the ladies, (hahahah j/k) here are a few pics of me.

I've owned my 1993 Honda Del Sol since April 25th 2004. Finding a Del Sol worth buying was quite difficult. I ended up having to travel the whole way to Maryland to get my project car. It was worth it! In the 1 year and 3 months that i have owned my del sol, i have spent over 13,000$ dollars on it and i'm not even close to being done. Now its been almost 2 years now and i'm up around 18,000 dollars. I still got more to spend. 2006 i'll be BOOSTED!!!!!!!!!!!

EXTERIOR MODS: Not many mods have been done to the exterior due to many dents, rust, and paint chips done prior to my purchase of the car.
The car did come lowered 1.5 inches by Ebaich Springs, Clear Corners, CLIFFORD 6000 Alarm Sysyem and 25% Black Window Tint.
Most Exterior Mods will be done this winter (2004-2005) including Full Body Kit, Invader Carbon Fiber Hood, Carbon Fiber Trunk Lid, Wings West Spolier, and Custom Paint Job
My 1st exterior mod to my car was the tail lightsand here is a couple pics of the process
These are the EURO GENERATION III TAIL LIGHTS done May 2004

Here is a pic of the stock rims and before i painted the calipers
The MOTEGI MR3 17in RIMS wrapped in Venus Handcook Tires
I bought these at the 2004 Carlisle Car Show in June 2004

The LAMBO DOOR CONVERSION was a mod completed in Oct 2004 way after the car shows.
These are some pics from start to finish. The whole process took us 2 nights because of the shitty direction the kit came with.
Starting w/ taking out the wheel well and taking off the fender to get to the stock hinges
When these company's say no cutting or grinding, don't believe them cause its a lie. 1st pic is of me using the grinding wheel and 2nd pic is of Dan Ruffner, President and owner of DJR CUSTOMS, using the grinder on the lambo hinge
This is the Lambo Door Hinge

The next 2 pics are of Dan grinding the inside of the door because it wasn't fitting right.
Then all we had to do was hook up the hinge and install the shock.
Thanks to Dan Ruffner, Kevin Delio

,
Jason Metelski,& Jerred Amick.

Other then that for the exterior, its just minor things like DJR banner,

carbon fiber wind shield wiper blades

, and Xenon aux bulbs
I just got in a Mugen gas door cover. But i don't think i'll be using it for its purpose. Probably just use it as a decoration for the interior. Looks pretty kool though for only 10$ Bucks shipped all the way from Hong Kong.

December 3rd 2004: Dan Ruffner sold me Blue bulb covers for my reverse lights.
Super easy mod to pull off and inexpensive. At 1st i installed them for my rear turn signal but in Pennsylvania you'll be pulled over as fast as they were to put in. So we installed them on the reverse lights.
Look pretty kool.
I've been ordering tons of parts for the car and its starting to get hard keeping up with all the mods
Before the New Year Dan & I started hooking up some of the shit i've been ordering. 1st we changed the corner bulbs from auburn to blue bulbs the flash white.
Before & After
Then I installed new head light bulbs which were exactly the same ones that i already had installed.

For the finalle of the head lights i installed some scatter lights. For this mod we had to take off the front bumper and take out the whole headlight to install. Then i ran the wires into the interior and wired them to a switch.
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TRU MOTORSPORTS FROM LAFAYETTE, INDIANA: Here is the HORROR STORY
February 23rd 2005: I ordered my Carbon Fiber Trunk Lid for my Del Sol From Tru Motorsports for $530.00 dollars
March 21st 2005: It finally Arrives 2 weeks late. But comes defective. The holes for the stock hinges on the trunk are 3 & 1/4 inches off. I call them up to figure this whole situation out. The owner of the store needed to talk to somebody and promised to call me back.
March 22nd 2005: I have to call them back and he gives me the same load of bullshit and promises me he'll call back again with some info.
March 23rd 2005: I had to call them back again and he promised me one would be shipped out the following day.
March 30th 2005: i call them back again and he owner wasn't in and they said my trunk lid was never sent out and wouldn't even be in for another week or two.
April 4th 2005: I talk to the owner again and he said to call versus motorsports to find out exactly when they would be in. So i had to call Versus and they said the trunk lids wouldn't be in for another month. I call TRU motorsports back AGAIN and the owner continued to tell me that he was told completely different thing. Then he says he'll call me today or tomorrow with whats going on. GUESS WHAT!!! THE ASSHOLE NEVER CALLED. and it is now APRIL 7th and i still don't have my trunk lid.
APRIL 5th 2005: My Body Kit from Extreme Dimentions came super early. Wasn't expecting it for at least 3 more weeks. I had to get all fiber glass parts because they make nothing urethane for Del Sols which really sucked cause fiber glass breaks so easily. Also doesn't flex for shit.
Here are a few pics of the parts that i got.
Z3 Fenders & Extreme Rear Bumper
Buddy Club Side Skirts
R34 Front Bumper

One of the reasons why i brought my shit from a very well known company was because i thought if i did i wouldn't have to go through a ton of shit to get the parts to fit. Side skirts fit great but the front bumper doesn't fit for shit not even close. So i don't know how the fenders are gonna fit nor do i know how the back bumper will go on either. Wish me luck
April 25th: I tore the interior out of my car and took it to BOB LINDENMUTH, who is my body repair/painter.
April 28th: Bob called me and told me that they had a problem installing the Z3 fenders because of the Lambo Hinges.
So figureing the problem they improvised, and made me custom fenders so that the door and the fender would line up perfectly. That day i went over i did not have a camera so i wasn't able to post the progress. There was how ever a ton of shit already done in only 2 and a half days.
May 5th: Took my buddy Jarred out to see bob for his car. The car was compeletly torn apart and already painted. Which i was pumped to see so much progress. Here are some pics of the parts.
My one of a kind CUSTOM FENDERS

May 6th: I had to bring over my DEFECTIVE carbon fiber trunk lid over to bob because of TRU MOTORSPORTS relentless stupidity and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend staying the hell away from those retards unless you want to talk the the same company for the same part for 3 months straight.
May 7th: I got my car back in less then 2 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend bob for bodywork and paint. i used the color called ELECTRIC PEARL BLUE. It looks fantastic, especcially in the sun.
May 8th: i took pics of the whole car and installed the fog lights to the stock interior switch. Which was so much easier the running new wires through the fire wall. I'm still expecting my carbon fiber invader hood.
It should be here this week coming up. Between the 13th and the 16th. Well here is what it looks like for now. YEAH the front bumper sits 3 inches off the damn ground.

May 17th 2005: Finally got my Carbon Fiber VIS Racing Invader Hood.
Also hooked up the EuroLite Windshield Washers.

April 15th 2006: Finally got new head lights! & they look awesome. Sucked putting them in though because i had to take off the whole front bumper. But they are in and i love them.
