Yep, this is my pride and joy, an 87 Shelby Z Daytona. I have been working on this car since I was 16 (now 24). It was my first car and i will never give up on it. First off i just want to say that these cars are incredible, which goes with every turbo dodge that ever came out of the factory. It's a great platform for a build up and cheap and easy to make alot of power.
Engine:
New factory rebuilt TurboII (2.2L 135ci I-4) Short block. At stock power levels it was rated at 174hp and 200 lb-ft of torque @ 4,800 RPM. Currently I have the following performed: (All work has been performed by me) Dont let ANYBODY touch your car unless you know them well) Found out the hard way!

As of 9-2-08 i cracked the ring lands of #3 piston due to lack of fuel supply at 21 psi. the new fuel rail and delivery system should take care of this problem...this allows me to detail the engine bay and go over many things during this process. i have replaced the piston, no damage to the cylinder wall thank god!
Restoring 2 piece intake w/ new wrinkle finish along w/ the Turbo valvo cover. Note the Turbo's Unleashed Fuel rail and adapter for the acufab AFPR
Other mods are:
Transmission - (A-555 Getrag 5-speed)
Dual friction Centerforce clutch, pressure plate, and TOB
Suspension -
Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs, KYB GR-2 struts and shocks all the way around. Just purchased a set of MINT crab wheels. Cant wait to put these on w/ my 225/50/15 BFGoodrich G-force T/A Drag Radials. Hopefully the damn car will hook up now

Taking the time to restore the engine bay. The effort makes a big difference!

My other ride, ultra rare 95' BMW 540 6spd :)
