A few months back i started making a wooden rotisserie, i got the idea from this thread: http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/body/359312-few-undershots-my-car.html?highlight=rotisserie+made+home
I figured if a wooden rotisserie can hold up to the weight of a third gen then there would be no problem putting a second gen on one. i pretty much copied his basic design and went a little overboard, i don't want it to break and smash my car. I still have to make the back braces, attach the front braces, and make something to hold the front of the car.

I cut down the rear quarter skin and lined it up so i can cut out the old trunk drop off. Also stripped the paint off the rear quarters.
Found a half ass fix where one of the former owners put in the drivers side quarter, time to get out the torch & lead.

Cut the passenger rear quarter sections out & patched the front hole, i can't fix the rear part of the quarter until i get a new trunk drop off panel.

It took almost 4 year but i finally got the bumper off, broke a few of the bolts and had to grind one of them off.

pulled the back window and rear bumper cover. tried to pull the back bumper but the bottom bolts are screwed, i'm going to have to break them or grind the heads off. At least the tail pan is solid.

Pulled the doors and trunk lid off today

Finished the hood on the 92 today and i'm tired of not getting anything done with the 80, hell i have done nothing with the car in almost 2 years. I moved the car in the garage pulled the front clip, subframe and pulled out all the extra part that have been collecting in it. Also stripped and painted the cowl.

One car moved one to go.

Getting ready to move the cars to the new house. the car is coming off the trailer and straight into the garage, then i can take it apart and finally get the sheet metal work done.

Left fender primmed, i hope to have the right fender done by the end of the month, now if it would only stay warm and dry for a day or 2!
Starting to get around to the body work, stripped the front cover and most of the left fender 2 tiny spots of bondo.
I stripped & primed the hood and painted the scoop
16x8 Iroc rims.
The 15x8 Centerline rims i replaced the N90s with.
Sold the old wheels before i got the new ones
This is what the car looked like when i got it back in 02 with the old N90 rims. The car had no motor or trans. The last owner had a 383 stroker in her with a 700r4, he sold the motor and trans to put a down payment on the auto repair shop he opened in Roselle, IL. after the motor was pulled the car sat behind his shop for years until a friend of mine told me about the car and after driving by the car about 20 times (pretty much stalking it)i asked my friend if guy wanted to sell the car. He talked him into selling the car to me for $1,000. I traded a 86 rs i had to another friend for an 81 el camino he had for the motor and trans. i pulled the motor and trans, dropped in the camaro and the rest is history.
