As promised, here are some new pics of the new install. The hardwood flood isn't done yet, but it's coming along. This part of the trunk was started and finished in 3 days.

I replaced the torsion springs with a gas shock, so I could mount a kicker KX650.4 in the top of the trunk, and I semi-flushed the smaller KX75.2's into the sides of the trunk.

The smaller amps' shrouds were painted metallic red, and the end caps for the larger amp were given the same treatment.

Here's the setup: Kicker 650.4 runs the 2 mids, and the subwoofer, and each 75.2 runs 1 tweeter.

ok, here's the pics

Nice setup with the DLS, I have one of those too. It's really hard to sell hehe. Great sub though. Kind of picky on the box.

Hey man I met you at Maximum Threshold last year and i saw your setup up close it was so sweet. If you have already taken it out but not thrownevrything away I would be interested if you are willing to sell.

What a shame that you are faced with pulling all the gear out it is a very nice install - I am faced with a similar situation just wanting a nice simple install but still being able to keep spare and heaps of room - will look forward to seeing the new setup in spring
