Here is my 1990 Festiva
The plan is to install the 1.8 BP motor into the festiva and get the car running. Then I will take the car completely apart and paint/detail everything. I also plan to do the aspire brake swap as well as the motorsport springs with KYB GR2s struts.

Oil Pan Trimming
I trimmed the oil pan for clearance of the passengers side halfshaft. I used the 1.3 spacer plate as a template as to how much to remove. I did not have to remove much material.

I am doing the same swap as you. I was wondering if you would not mind clarifying a few things for me about the wiring? First: i can't find where the ICS sensor is located on my new motor. what color would it be/ where is it on the block?Second: there is a 1 prong sensor on the back of the block, near the oil filter i can not id what this is or where it plugs in to on the festiva. can you help?thank you for all your help, i would have not been able to do this with out your help.
