My Turbo came, It is a JWT700BB (Clone of the Disco Potato) the only difference is for direct Swap. This turbo has an .86 Exhaust A/R. I wanted the A/R 64 but was told that the 86 was better, being that is turbo is in the small class turbos. I wont have too much lag.

Recieved the Emanage Ultimate, The beast is currently with JUNAUTO having the turbo & Emanage installed and DYNO Tuned.
Junauto will also Modify my Exhaust Manifold and use Stainless Tubing and Make it Uppermount.

I Decided to keep normal engine fan as it is efficient and not using any electrical Power, I read that having electrical Fans that use anywhere between 20-30AMPS puts more strain on the alternator then having the clutch type fan connected! Since having so many electronic deviced installed already I feel this is one thing I don't really need.

I have a Profec E-01 Boost Controller, when it was installed had a small issue,

The RPM signal wire was connected tho RPM was not showing on the Display, Just had to change the Cyl. from 4 to 3 then back to 4 in the Settings of the E-01's Config.

No Problems after that, is a great unit. I really like the Start Boost feature. It gives more of a kick feeling when the boost comes on.

Eleronic DIY Systems..

Home Made Climate Control: (Works Very Well)
Using Electronic KITs from MAXX Electronic Kits, this unit will turn the Air Conditioning on / off based on the set tempature.

Home Made Intercooler Sprayer: (Currently Uninstalled/Untested)
This unit is designed to spray water onto the intercooler every few seconds to cool it down up to 15-20 degrees.
Product pretested in Thailand in our hot climate.

Solidstate Aircon:
Currently in the process of using TEC Modules for use of Air Conditioning, As I hate how much power the AIRCON takes from my turbo engine. I have found a way for TEC Modules to be used not using so many AMPS. Usually these units will require approx 8-10AMPS each at 12Volt

Air Intake Charger / Firewall:
I have 2 powerfull 12v fans compressing the Air in a sealed air compartment. The Fans have more Flow then what the engine will require at 700RPM. The fans also make sure the engine doesn't suck any HOT Air from the engine bay. I also have a Heat resistant material seperating the Intake Pod from the engine bay.
I haven't noticed too much of a power boost, but I feel the car seems to be more responsive. In theory the Intake charger would act somewhat like a turbo on a very small scale!
