hey, i'm looking at getting a 1990 lincoln mark 7 lsc as a first car. A buddy of mine has one and he says that there worth getting but I was wondering, can you get a decent amount of h.p and torque without breaking the bank?? I'm only working on a high school minimum wage job currently, so I don't have a lot of cash laying around to throw into a vehicle.

Very nice M7. I need to do some engine/tranny work when I get some money. As far as the lights go, since Florida doesnt have a state inspection, I used a can of window spray tint. It is illegal, but unless I get pulled over for something else, it should be ok. As far as the spoiler goes, well, I HATE THE HUMP on the Mark VII. The spoiler helps minimize that ugly looking thing. I know the hump is traditional for the Lincoln, but damn, sometimes you gotta do away with tradition. But, some folks dig'em, so I gotta live with it....later......
