Here's my 1987 Pontiac Fiero...
(It's just sitting in my driveway cause the clutch went out.)
I'm actually starting to rebuild it, hoping to put a 3.4 Camaro enging in it. I think it's haul ass after that.

The Rear is only shown cause i dont have the bumper attached, i got into an accident about 3 weeks after i got the car (and my license) and i had to take if off to fix it.

Pic of the wrecked bumper. i cut out stencils and spray painted "TREY DIZZLE" on the front skirt thing. I decided to blank out the plates cause i thought it made it look cooler, i dont know what you can do with someones license plate numbers, but i figure better safe than sorry.

This is a pic of the original interior. theres a tear on the drivers seat due to the car being so low and the constand wear on that part of the seat. other than that and some various cigarette burns everything is mint! i had some 8-ball seat covers that made it look a lot nicer. now they're in my tercel.

haha yea, i know, only 85mph. only 75 grand on the engine (apparently the clutch decided to give out before the engine) if you're wondering what the black thing is on the dash...its a piece of electrical tape cause the guy i bought it off of disconnected the e-brake, thus making the warning light turn on all the time. i guess he thought this was annoying so he just covered it up. (im sure we're thinking the same thing right now.)

just some random shots of random stuff, the "trunk", 2.5L almost* 100 horsepower engine (hulls ass), *GINGER* all opened up, my frickin sweet self-tinting job (it looks really dark from the outside), the 'magic stick' holding open the trunk

Two pictures of the Fiero wrapped up in some tarps. i washed her because i was really bored and i didn't want her to get all dirty again. so i got some tarps and covered her up! haha i know, its a little ghetto with the two different colors, but i didnt have one that was big enough to cover the whole thing. i also didn't have anything to hold the tarps down, therefore i used some spare firewood, haha.

something i'm very proud of...
i took the glass from my sunroof and tinted the name DIZZLE onto it. the font fits the car perfectly and it really looks sweet. at night the glass acts as a mirror, and makes for a nice view when you look up!

some random signs i have in my Fiero and Tercel. i thought they were pretty funny!

hey, nie fiero. well you can buy the spoiler at a few places, such as www.fierostore.com westcoastfiero.com there is also a fiberglass fiero store out there it might be calgary fiero's but i'm not sure. as for horsepower i would suggest doing an engine swap, it can be time consuming but if you do it yourself it shouldnt end up being that much money if u put a pushrod v6 in there, that would boost you from your 97 hp to 140 for a factory 2.8 or 165 from a 3.4 comaro engine. both really good engines and pretty easy quick swaps. you will have to drop the cradel but its not as hard as it sounds. if your looking for just a litle more horsepower you can try a new exhaust, cold air intake, and maybe a chip. if u want to pay a little more you can get new cams. that will probably give you the best performance upgrade with your 2.5. if you have any questions dont forget to let me know. thanks for looking at my car.

Hey thanks for the thread, your car is in really good condition. Heres my advice on saving her. Find the closest fiero junk yard u can. They are all over the place. Just ask around. Do not go to a dealer u wil pay a huge load. If u can't find a fiero scrapyard look for single ones as parts cars. You will need one with a good clutch. If you do the work yourself go to a shop and see if you can just order one too. New is also a good idea though it can get pricey. If you install it yourself u will save 2/3 the cost. you have so many options, choose one that suits your time, skill, and wallet. good luck! mike:)

the person under this comment said pretty much what i was going to say. Drop the cradle, when you do this the engine and tranny will pivot down so that you can access everything better. It takes some work, my dad and i just got done putting a transmission back together on one of our other fieros. Try his website, its a good one for more info. Good luck! Sean

Man, I like those '87s. If you are having clutch issues, you will probably have to drop the cradle to replace it. Having a tranny issue and having to drop the cradle is when I decided to go ahead and swap engines, since the engine and tranny were out. Bleeding the clutch can be a pain (to say the least) but the overall job of dropping the cradle and gettting everything put back right is not too bad if you have some skill and visit www.fiero.nl for pointers. Good luck with your cool car, man.
