Right then lets get these drivers in!
after making the baffles with a router...
Next mount the ring at the angle required with some dowel and hot glue. 
Stretch a cloth (in this case grille cloth) and tack into place to get the right shape 
Next resin and strengthen the shape with fibreglass mat.
Then on to filling and sanding and filling and sanding etc etc 
Finally to cover the panels!
Next onto the tweeters. These are going ijn the A pillars firing across the screen.
Strip the tweets down
Then painted to match the interior
Then get the MDF rings for mounting them aligned on the A pillar and marked and held in place.
Stretch the cloth over to get the shape, then the resin fill sand part.
Then finally trimmed to match the car.
