This is my Maroon Monsoon, I really wish I had the time and money to SAS it. I don't really wheel it since I have a toyota to thrash on for now, but I do drive it on or over things when I feel the need or just want to. It's a pretty fun daily driver and I was getting something like 23 mpg with it in town, about 21-ish with the tires I just got, since suzuki rated it for 19 and I'm running over sized tires, I'd say this is a pretty practical vehicle. Although I often wish I had a sweet audi or something instead, I still love it.

above are pics right after I got my new 245/75/R16's, they clear in the front except when I turn at full lock thanks to some trimming and hammering and they do rub in the back a little.

The brushguard and stock bumper are off for good! Here is the new bumper so far, more work on that to come when I get around to it. I plan to make a new rear bumper eventually, that will probably be quite a challenge to make that look good.

here it is a few months after I aquired it.. way back in the day. in this picture it was bone stock except the drop in K&N and black wheels. I don't really have any good pictures of it completely original.

Nice Grand Vitara, I like it. Id love to have one for an offroading toy, or any Suzuki made off roading toy. I want my Tracker to remain street only, but at stock height I do occasionally do some off roading too. My friend has a 2 door conv Vitara, I like it more then he does! But thats cus he doesnt take care of his vehicles, at least hes never seen a mechanic for it like with his other car. Keep me updated on Maroon Monsoon, nice ride.

Hiya Dave the the "Rancho RS99158" shocks are from the Toyota KDJ70...and the diff drop brakets are from http://www.vttr.com.tw/e4X4.htm the front strut spacers was one option I never figuered out mate!!
the Rancho shocks are way longer and wider than my Ironman shocks and these are already longer than the OME!!!!
