Update:(3/18/05) STARTED THE ENGINE TODAY!!! The sound was an intoxicating rumble of raw power!!! Here are some pics of the engine coming together.

Update: (2/18/05)Bottom end of my engine is now officially built. Pauter connecting rods, Arias Pistons, ARP main studs are now torqued down! Here is a video and some pics below. On a another note, just received Tein Hood dampers from my sponsor www.nonstopmotorsports.

Update: (2/17/05) Few more items ordered this week from Nonstopmotorsports. Unorothodox Racing pulley set (blue), Tein hood dampers that will be custom painted blue, and the new Greddy Type RS blow off valve. Also ordered Xtreme Z grounding kit. Here are some web pics:

Update: (2/15/05) MY BLOCK IS DONE AT THE MACHINE SHOP. Estimate for the completion of the forged internals project...1 WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: (2/7/05)Received APS Oil pan today, what a quality piece of work! Here are some pics of my new APS oil pan and a web pic of the Stillen's rear spoiler that was ordered today.

Update: (2/1/05)Finally ordered wheels!!! From www.nonstopmotorsports.com
AND my block should finally be finished at the machine shop today. Current estimate of the final completion date is Feb. 11th!!!

Update:(1/31/05) New front and rear bumpers getting prepd and painted. Ordered AAM fuel return system from MRC Motorsports. Ordered APS high capacity oil pan.

Update: (1/12/05)Received new Polished plenum today. Removed rear bumper because of new body kit that's coming next week.

Update: (12/29/04Completed engine pull today and tranny. Now its time to remove all of the accessories and get them transferred to the new block once its ready.

Update: (12/28/04)Started Engine pull today, should be completed by tomorrow.
Received ATS twin plate carbon clutch and Arias pistons.

ATS twin disc carbon clutch, rated to 700hp at the wheel and entire assembly only weighs 25.5lbs

Arias Pistons, will receive a ceramic thermo coat(Compression ratio 8.6:1, with .02 overbore)
The pistons only weigh 12ozs each!

Update (12/22/04): Ordered RC injectors 550s and just received new OEM Oil pump and Gasket kit:

Update (12/20/04): Due to a back log with Ross pistons, I have cancelled my order with them and found Arias pistons right off the shelf. The compression ration is 8.6:1, with .02 overbore. Just ordered ATS twin plate carbon clutch 1100kg from cpracing. The entire setup weighs about 25.5lbs and can definately support up to 700hp at the wheel!
Update (12/10/04): Just ordered Pauter rods, ARP Main studs and Head studs through MRC Racing. Thanks guys.
Update(12/6/04): VQ-35DE block, now its off to the machine shop.
