June 2012 Update.
The KPro III is in and my title is in hand, i just have to go register and title it in PA. The tune is having STFT's of 0 at part throttle, so that's good. Unfortunately, there's been no WOT tuning yet. I've wired the PLX SM-AFR WBO2 and DM-6 digitally into the KPro (see the cable pictured below), so WBO2 monitoring is spot on.

The pair of Odyssey PC680's have been replaced with a single Deka EXT18L under the hood. Replacing them required having the battery box modified (cut and rewelded). The new battery starts better and saves weight. It's also cheaper. What more can you ask for?
The old OZ Audio front speakers and Zapco amps are out. They've been replaced with Precision Power 365CS front and 355CS rear in S-Pods powered by a pair of Vibe LiteBox Stereo 2 amps. The JL Audio stealthbox has replaced the Infinity Basslink and is being powered by a Vibe BassBox amp. The new setup sounds awesome. Not harsh, lots of bass from the front speakers, and a ton of clear volume. The Eclipse iPod adapter is also installed and working well.

2012 Update
I've ordered a K-Pro III and am waiting for it to come in. Hopefully I'll have everything emissions legal and ready for inspection by the time my current registration expires. I've also accumulated an iPod adapter for my Eclipse 8443 headunit. The weather here in PA has been great and I've been able to drive my S2000 more in the last few months than I have in years.
August 2011
I've moved to Pennsylvania and need to bring out the S2000 from South Dakota. I hope to be able to do that sometime in the spring. It's still running great, but to get it to pass emissions here I have some exhaust work to do and I'll need to replace the AEM EMS with a KPro. I've purchased all of the sensors and valvecover I need to swap in the KPro, but I'll wait to buy the system until I actually get the S2000 out here. I also purchased a new Vibe amp to replace the Infinity Basslink. I'm not sure what I'll do for a new subwoofer yet.
A little intro. Both the S2000 and the Monte Carlo have turbos. The Monte has been running a turbo for 25k+ miles and 2 years. The Honda has been running a turbo for 4k+ miles and nine months. I did the entire stereo in the S2000. I installed some of the stereo in the Monte, but Kustom Kar Audio in Boulder, CO did the fiberglass work for the revamp of it.

Updated with pictures from TC's Performance grand opening (this is now their old location). TC's was instrumental in the development of my S2000 as seen here. I HIGHLY recommend them.
