just alittle advice if you want to hide that wire for the police scanner: take off the major dash piece starting from the side vents closest to your doors by simply pulling the vents up. its all one piece so you shouldn't have any trouble. then take off the spedometer cover by also pulling it up but there is a screw underneath it as well so be careful! then you can run the wire underneath it all there is a few different ways if you want me to explain it in more detail then let me know.....
