I bought my 1967 Ford Fairlane 500 in the beginning of summer 04. The engine is a 4.7-liter V8, 289ci original 34,000 on the engine with 302 heads. I can?t complain about the 2-barrel carburetor because it still got enough balls to roast the tread off the tires. There is currently no muffler, but I have planned for my friend to rig up a duel exhaust with glass packs, because I want my car to be really loud. I bought for $700 off my best friend?s dad and put about 3-400 dollars in the body work and a paint job, even for minor parts and gaskets, that still is not a lot.
