This is the new transmission crossmember for the 4L60E. note the exhaust cutouts for true dual exhausts. this is the definition of overkill!!! we will be spraying por 15 to protect this from the elements. we think it turned out great. looking at what was online and how much money saved by doing it ourselves, definitely worth it. plus it fits perfectly.

pics of the headers back from my friend at LOKO performance coatings. they look amazing in person with the polished ceramic coating.

this is the new k-member we made for the delta. we noticed when we originally had the car on jack stands, the front bumper and entire front end sagged almost an INCH!!!! the door gaps were crazy looking. so the good dr. got to work, and with this piece made out of tubular steel instead of stamped foil, the sag is now almost nonexistant. it is seriously less than an 1/8 of an inch. way stronger.

this is some more pics of how the front engine cradle was modified to allow the stock ls1 to drop in.

This is what not to do with a piece of steel and a disc sander...i was working on one of the gussets for the engine cradle and it launched to nice clean hole in the ceiling... nice velocity, good form, stuck the landing.... the judges award a 9.0
Thank God we are smart enough to wear safety glasses, just not smart enough to hold on...DOH!
****we just scored a 8.5" 3.42 posi from a 92 caprice cop car with HD 11" drum brakes along with front and rear sway bars!!! the stock 7.5" 2.56 rear end is officially JUNKED. the pics of that and some wiring will be in the next update.
