About a year after I got the tint,
I decided I needed to do something to block the light coming in the windshield. I got a local shop to install a red vinyl strip across the top of the windshield. They got the wrong color and had to redo it. After seeing it done 2 times I realized how easy it really was. I asked them to add a lower strip to the bottom. They refused. They said it would be too hard. So I got some more vinyl and decided to give it a shot. It was interesting, but I got it on.
Inside it was a bit odd at first. It was like the car had this wide screen movie effect now. I like it though.
I had to redo it a few months back. I took off the old stuff and really looked at the car w/o it. It was so naked that I had to put it back on�
This time I covered up the VIN. It�s a good theft deterrent�

Because the tint guy did a crappy job on the edges and did not tint all the way up the glass...
I had to do some creative cover up.
The sides were very tricky...
Even heated vinyl does not like that curve
