LATEST UPDATE: Well, believe it or not, I sold her for a mere $1500 to a new couple that lives around here locally. I put alot more money, and way too much heart into that Jeep to sell it that cheap, I admit that...but I need money for the new vehicles I have (a Mazda 626, a Mitsubishi Mighty Max, and a Lincoln Town Car) and hopefully one or all of those will treat me as well as my Comanche did...like royalty.
UPDATE: Forgot to put the overall specs of the vehicle, so here they are:
Jeep Comanche Pioneer 2WD
4.0L I6 190HP Automatic
235 75R/15 TC Mud-Terrain Tires
New Exaust w/Thrush Glass Pack
Dana 35 Rear Axle
Rancho front shocks
Pioneer sound system
VERY Cold Air.....brr!
My Jeep Forum ID is countryjeep.
This is my first vehicle, I'll be getting my learners soon. It'll be worked on over time, but here she is as she is in the beginning. I'll be getting some wheeling pics soon...
I should get some wheeling pics this afternoon... Here in south Alabama, there isn't much off-roading places other than your local dirt road, but I occasionally find "abadoned" trails from time to time. Haven't done too much wheeling with it, so far. It's all stock right now and 2WD, but she can still hit the trail like a legendary Jeep.....
Well, here's the pics. I did these at my friends 80 acres. Sorry this one didn't turn out so well, but I didn't have a partner to help me take pics, so it was purely on a 10 second timer, so I'm lucky to get this pic (I tried 6 times, but I'm not a fast runner, hehe)
The legendary Jeep stands strong!
On the trail...
Jeep blends in with everything...
Heading for the hills...literally
It's a long descent, but it's not all that steep, just about novice level (so it's perfect for me, hehe)
Nice little hill to climb on, it's the main driveway to the road, so ya better be able to climb it, hehe. The left side is all solid ground, but the right side has thick mud, gravel, and steep holes in the ground.
