Ok here is my amp rack that I built. It is a really simple design, nothing fancy... just something to hide all the wires for a clean and simple look.

I simply cut a sheet of MDF to the size I needed and here I am making sure the amps sit the way I want them to. I then marked where to drill holes for the various wires.

The amp rack then got covered in some black carpet and then the amps were mounted.

I then test fitted the rack inside the car. It fit pretty dang good. I then took out the rack and started to wire up the amps.

The amp rack then went back into the car and I then proceeded to clean up the wiring as much as I could.

I also ran as much of the wiring as possible. I'm still waiting on the rest of my equipment. The subs should be here tomorrow. The deck might also be here tomorrow or thursday along with the dash kit. The RE components should follow shortly after so I will update this page then.

Hey I like your ride it looks sweet. Check out mine and let me know what you think. I just got this sweet mod for my trunk it is a brushed aluminum trunk overlay made by Trunk Fusion. It looks tight and is a simple mod to make the ride close to show ready. Take a look and let me know if you like it I can hook you up with one if you want it. later

Hey, Very nice car. I am writing to get the word out. I will be opening up a brand new import car shop called Innovated Imports. The Grand opening will be Next April 2007. The grand opening will feature a large BBQ, car show, models, DJ, and much more. There may also be a raffle drawing to win a heavily modded car which is still undetermined. I understand that this is quite a ways out still but I would like to get the word around Salt Lake as soon as possible. Please spread this word to all car clubs, car meets, cruises etc... The shop will be able to do anything you may need from engine swaps and tuning, to accessories, audio/video sales and custom install, upholstery, possible dyno, custom paint, you name it and Innovated Imports is going to be able to do it. This will allow us to get you the best prices out there. If you would like to see one of the shops showroom vehicles in the making come by and see my site. Also, if you have any ideas of a car that you may like to see raffled off and possibly win at the grand opening please write me back or e-mail me at Innovated_Imports@hotmail.com Keep up the good work on your rides and let me know if you have a question about anything. Take care. I look forward to meeting you all.

Very nice system. I am looking to install a couple of subs in my 05 this weekend. Can you give me some info on tapping into the speaker wire for the amp? I can see from you pics that you tapped in at the passenger kick panel. I have look at it, but I haven't been able to figure out the wiring colors for the speakers. I have a mtx amp with speaker level input with smart engage. Thanks
