I no longer own the 71 or the 86 SS, or the 1975 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Landau. But this page is for all my Monte Carlos. Sold it to a younger buddy of mine. Hes fixing it up.
This is my 86 ss monte carlo. Black with maroon interior. The car was originaly silver with maroon but i dont like that color combo.
It has a new 355 c.i. motor with about 6000 miles on it. Holley carb. Edlebrock performer RPM intake. Comp cams valvetrain(280 magnum cam). Summit Roller tip rockers. .30 over pistons. Dynomax Blackjack headers. 2 1/2 inch exaust with 40 seres Flowmaster mufflers. And a 4 " cowl hood
The transmission is also new with about 2000 miles on. Chevy TH 400 rebuilt with b&m overhaul/race kit. b&m stage 2 shift kit. And a b&m 2400-2600 torque converter. The monte also has a New 3 stage heavy duty driveshaft. And the car has a 373 posi rear end. The car is finished with a ground up resto. Almost everything new besides the motor and drivetrain.
1st gear the car has no traction, 2nd gear the car is sideways, And i'm running bfg 245's on the back....Need i say more? .
This used to be my 1971 Monte Carlo. Black with Black interior. Look theres a ghost coming out of my exaust pipe.
The car had a 400 sbc. 2 bbl. and a 350 th trans.
