Ok, its May 28th 2005 and its time for another big update!!!
We have ANOTHER new tranny, time to change the gear ratios baby!!! I have an MX-6 Tranny with 56K coming via UPS right now, says it should be here in 2 days!! YAH!!! So my other tranny will be pulled.
The Mazda Valve Cover got installed!
Even more good news is that I also got the following now in my clutches and they are all going on starting this monday!!!

Of Course the Eaton m45 S/C is still here and is getting closer to going on because come the end of friday the new 255 Fuel Pump will be in place!! Now for a Radiator and Fan upgrade with a Custom cover from Matt (Thanks Matt) as well as a Oil Pump upgrade and I am 100% good to rock with S/C'd goodness!!
This monday we are pulling the motor, changing the clutch and tranny out, pulling off the bad front frame and putting on the new on. I got a new set of headlights just in case as well as a new bumper with clear corners for the car. It should be adding one more color now (Black) and now be 100% straight again!!!! We are putting in the Cams but the pistions will have to be reringed first and then I have to pull the block and have it cleaned before I put them in so thats going to be alittle longer but it will be done before the S/C goes on there, 10:1 and ZE Cams with a M45. This should be fun!
Matt is also busy working on making an intake and I am trying to help what little I can. Hopefully we will make an intake like the ones promised by CZT but never delievered that added 25 whp in Dyno's! We have a basic idea so far, now just to get some help, hopefully from family and make a prototype for dyno tests!!!
On the side we have run at the track now, very fun, had my VRIS 2 out so we fixed that now so another misc. item down!
I will get some more pics this week as we pull the car apart and make her straight again, as well as add all the new goodies! I am hoping that in the end I have a car that grabs hard, and when I hit the S/C surpasses Matt's which was beating WRX Turbos! We will have to see!!!

Ok Just a quick update. The 17th is the big day we start the tear down on the front end for the new frame, MX-6 Tranny, Stage 3 6 Puck, Mazda Rear Sway Bar, New Front Bumper w/Clear Corners,KLZE Cams and a few new additions:

Gain of 10 HP [Actual Dyno Results] from the Pwr Band on but loses a little off the line. However the 13 lbs RX-7 Rims, Lighter MX-3 Flywheel and Underdrive Pully that are already in place, should more then make up for that loss. As for the gain; Well I have riden in Matts car and its like a raped Ape once it hits 3800RPM and above!!)
I also Traded the Super Charger (Just for the time being, I will buy another but I wanted MegaSquirt first as well as the proper water, oil and cooling setups first not to mention I wanted 10:1 compression when I boots not 9.2:1) for a complete New MegaSquirt COmputer system for the car (I am working on learning to install it hopefully at the same time as the rest of the work but maybe and mostlikely the weekend after.) I also got a Guage Piller for the car, lol. Getting closer all the time!
I am currently looking for a RS wing from a camaro (like the ones on the 98 Z28's and RS's) I want to have it molded to the car. I have checked the size of the Wing and it will fit just fine. But I need to get one so if anyone is looking to part with one, let me know!
The car's color is still in the air, I am not getting much help from the poll. I think I will paint it a dark blue that seems black in certian lights. Its seen on stock Saturns. I saw one that I really liked but I am still not sure. I just can not seem to find a color I like yet.
Well thats it, I have moved into my new house. My wife and I love it, its very nice. (I have a Shop of sorts tow ork in now, not a shed lol.) We will be updating things soon with pics when I get a new camera lol. Night everyone!
