UPDATE: Hood Flame Job

Oh yeah, it was definitely an afternoon well spent.
UPDATE: New Pics

It was said that there would be pics, and so there shall be.

I promised a look at the new shoes, but instead, just check out these pics of my new BFG tires.

Plus, I never got any engine shots, so here's a quick snap at that ol' 351W.
UPDATE: The Black Cloud has been a beast this winter in Maine. So, next summer its getting an NP205 transfer case and Dana 44+ front end. 4-wheel drive, oh yeah! Plus, the front end will also get a 3" lift to level out the chassis. Oh, and when I get to cleaning the snow off from it, pics will come shortly (get ready for a look at those BFG's).
2/13/05: Took the van up to Bangor to pick up a snowmobile for my brother. Packed an '89 Skidoo Mach 1 583 in the back, had 3 feet in front and back to spare. Makes those trailer guys envious I bet.
10/22/04: Van still in shop for new carb and heater core, pics of new tires and bedlining will come shortly.
10/19/04: New Tires!
31x10.50R16.5 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO

Recently, in addition to my '90 Fifth Avenue, I got myself a '79 E-350 for my band dt65.
Specifications:
Model Year: 1979
Series: E350 - Cargo Van, Super
Engine: 351W (5.8L)
Transmission: C6 automatic
Rear Axle: 3.73:1 7400lb rated Dana 70
And no, the "Black Cloud" nickname did not have anything to do with the exhaust, but is just something the previous owner came up with referring to its large floating presence.

Its big, so parking is tough, but it has plenty of space to haul all the band equipment, or anything else for that matter.
