1970 Pontiac Firebird 350: This car is semi original and has been in the family since 1978. It's seen a lot and lived most of its life in Colorado! I drive it when I have money for gas and it definetly gets to see all kinds of weather :-D The car has had the functional RamAir option added. (Hood + Dual Snorkle air cleaner) The Pontiac 350 has the original #11 heads, although everything has been rebuilt ~3500 miles ago. Car sits on original 14" rallyII's 245 in the rear and 225 in the front. The car has seen a fair number of modern upgrades but still suffers (or prospers haha) a plenty uncivilized experience. A BLAST to drive, makes you wonder how we make due with many of today's cars and their weak low-RPM torque! The car is still a work in progress but I'm slowly spending less money on it. Keep your eyes peeled this winter if you live/drive through Fort Collins, you just might spot me!

Oh, BTW, I don't usually call it The Blue Dragon...usually just the 'bird. However, after seeing old school, many of my friends like to relate it to the red dragon! (Will Ferrell's smoking, late-70's T/A) And frankly, since the rebuilder did a shi#@y job on my valve guides, I smoke pretty decently....so untill I get my heads rebuilt, the Blue Dragon is gonna have to haunt me :-D
