**Restoring The Cordoba Page 1**
Hi, this is my first car, which I purchased in 2004 when I got my driver's license. After taking the engine out in early 2007, it sat for two years in a grove. I am finally working to get it back on the road. I will be updating this page often this winter, as I am restoring the Cordoba at college.
Getting it out of the grove
Here is where my Cordoba spent the last two years, while I have been busy with college. The motor is not currently in, but I just purchased a running 318 to put in until I get a 440 and big block transmission to drop in.
Sat For 2 years, started to sink with new wheels and tires
These wheels are currently on my 1975 Chrysler New Yorker.
What a mess!
Arriving home, unloading off the trailer.

^Run George!
Loading it up to take to the college.

^Finally unloaded it at the college shop. One of my instructer's rat rods was there too:)

^The vinyl top is gone now, for good!

^Stripping paint off the hood

^The hood DA sanded in bare metal and then epoxy primer over self etch.

^The bumpers I am going to use, note that I am not putting the rubber stips back on and will be instead running chrome bolts in the holes. The old rear bumper on the right... Rusty!

Patching the lower drivers side fender...

^Cut out hood support structure to use at an inner patch for my fenders.

^Fender Patched!
