Well what can i say???
bought in 2003, had 108000 mile on it, stock 173, bench seat 3 spd lj torana, with disc front end mod and a tape deck (wow!!!)
Started changing things early in the piece by adding ( as most teenage guys would agree) an important piece of machinery, the stereo.
sony head unit, sony 6 inch in front doors, kenwood 6x9's in the rear, with a sony 12 inch sub to start the journey.
nothing really changed for a while until i really buggered things up by adding water to an empty radiator in an emergency situation.... and forgettting to change it back to coolant? The outcome?? seizing the motor and pitting 2 cylinders.
So whats a man to do??? i decided to upgrade the tired 173 with a 186 reconditioned. while i was in the spending mood i replaced the 3spd column shift with a 4 spd floor shift (tonner shifter, so i could keep the sexy bench seat). more planned stay tuned.....
