I used the knife, and the drill bit supplied with the xmod tool.
Step 1: Drill 2 holes in the sunroof.
Step 2: Start Cutting from there, make sure to follow your lines.

all you need to do is drill out the exhaust with the xmods tool kit, use the biggest bit and drill from the front to back..then just install the light
