This is my dad's 1953 Ford F-250 pickup. He got it from his Uncle in South Dakota in June of 1992 for $500.00.

It sat at his work for 4 years until he moved and then it went to a friend's. I have now talked him into bring it home in the begin of June of 2004 for me to start to restore.
I got started on it in the begin of september. Here is the progress that I have got done so far.

Here it is siting at a friends before you picked it up.
Pic of it just went we got it home.
The orignal Flathead V-8 with 33,000 miles on it.
The inteior after the mice got to it when it rested in a field for the last 15+ years of it's life.
Giving her a long need bath.
Got the rusty front and rear fenders off.
Getting the Flathead pulled out of it,Found a big mouse nest in the bellhousing.
The last year for the Flathead
Motor/tranny/bed off.
Nice Rusty Frame.
Down to the frame
View of the cab off the frame.
