..:: New Aluminum Driveshaft ::..
> Pictures of the driveshaft right after I got it I purchased the driveshaft from a friend of mine on AutomotiveForums.com for $150. Many thanks go to John (aka FormulaLT1)
> During the install That torque arm was a pain to get off. If you end up trying this, then good luck with that one. My friend who was helping me with the install. It was early in the morning, hence the hair. My friends Trans Am. It was sunny out and I couldn't really see much of the cameras screen, so some of it got cut out
> Pictures of the old driveshaft The front of the old driveshaft still attached to the end of the transmission The center of the driveshaft beginning to sag down in the middle as we remove all the supports
> Comparision I must have shed at least 7 or 8 lbs by switching to the aluminum driveshaft. You can definately feel more power to the wheels and way better response overall. Definately a worthwhile modification to do.

Hey, linked here from FTV6. Nice car! You're one of the few I've seen with the Borla! I hope to grab one of those myself at some point! And wow, those rims made a world of difference! Very nice! Glad to hear the Aluminum D/S makes a nice difference. I'm going to be putting one in soon myself!
