Installing the AE doorsills was definitely the easiest DIY mod I have done so far. (changing bulbs is more difficult...seriously) I ordered mine from www.courtesyparts.com for about $78 shipped. I really think that it makes the interior look MUCH better and not so boring.

Materials Used:
1 Flat head screwdriver
1 cloth (any type)
4 new AE doorsills

Actual Parts:

Step 1: Wrap your flat head screwdriver in any type of cloth (I used microfiber) so that you have a lesser chance of damaging the paint.

Step 2: locate the three slots in your stock doorsill shown below: (there are only two on the back doorsills)

Step 3: Insert the flat head covered with the cloth into each of these slots and pull up to release the stock sills as shown below:

Step 4: After you release all of the stock sills, set them aside and simply snap your new AE sills on!

I love the after effect:

nice 5th gen, you have real good taste in mods. real clean ride. you should try some hyper white 194 LED's in the side markers, it makes a big difference in nighttime appearance. 5***** come rate and comment my 7th gen, thanks.
