Answer to your Halo question. My Dual Halo Projection lens we're installed professionally. I do know this. I noticed that you don't have the sport verison of the corolla. My Daytime running lamps are always on, but only when my car is on. The reason I can show them like the way i do, with just the halos on, is that when you have the car off, I switch my light on one click. That turns on just the halos. When I go one more click, it turns on my actual headlights, and also my fog lights too. It might be different for a non-sport edition. And I also have a 2004, which the did change minor things in the corolla. But I dont' see why you can't just have the halo's on, that's weird. Just keep trying different things.
