Look at the front end and look at the right side steering it is a CSL just with non wheels maybe he just had it imported and if you think you cant drive an illegal car in the US try talking to a friend of mine his R34 wasnt certifried by motoREX....so its not unlikely especially if he would own so many bmws he'd have to have money -_- think about every possible solution before jumping to conclusions.

you are such an idiot... please, if i may have a moment, i would like to own your stupid ass. 1. as was said by mcubed, CSL's are illegal in the states. Not only that, but you have the OEM NON-CSL 19 inch wheels on the car. 2. for your x5 page, you used 2 different x5's. the first one, in front of the trees, is a sport model and has the whited-out front turn signals. the second picture you posted is of a base 3.0 nonsport. then, the interior pic you posted of ur x5 is a sport interior. in addition, in the interior pic, you can clearly see that the exterior color (as seen in the door panel) is of a white car, not a blue one which you claim to own. way to make a complete ass of yourself there buddy... ur cool now. now if you'll excuse me, i am gonna go for a ride in my REAL bmw, the 04 m3.
