kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra

kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra

GRRrrrrrr!!!

This is my '92 Micra K10. It has a 1.0 litre engine with silicone spark leads with an induction kit on its way!
I installed a Sony Mini Disk head unit. kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra The door speakers (Sony 170w each) were too big for the doors so i had to make MDF surrounds for them, now they fit and sound brilliantly. kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra The Sony 6x9's (220w each) sit well on the back shelf with a Sony amplifier nestled inbetween them providing power to a 1200w 12" Sony Pentagon sub in the boot.

I was planning on getting 15" Wolfrace alloys but I had to reduce my hours in work so that plan went out the window. But one day I was picking up my friend and some guy across the road from him shouted over to me "D'ya wanna set o'Alloys?". Just out of interest I asked how big and how much? He said 13", i laughed, then he said 50 euro! kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra I thought it was a great price and couldint go wrong, so i tried them on and they made the car look a lot better (although im comparing them to hubcaps).
My friend broke the threads in my gear knob so i needed a new one, i went to my local market and picked up red/silver pedal's, red/silver/carbon gear knob, leather gear gator and limo tints for the back window (to try to hide the stereo from thieving fucks), all for another 50 euro! kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra I fit it straight away but im still waiting for a nice day to fit the tints (i live in Ireland).
I bought an alarm for 70 euro and fit it myself, i never fit an alarm before so i was well happy when i found out that it worked! I also fit all my stereo too, including all the speakers and amp, first time doing that and made no mistakes, all works amazingly!
I've priced lowering springs, 150 euro, although i might have to get someone to help me fit them because i think it may be a big job and i dont want to fuck it up.

I have looked for bodykits but have found no simple bolt on kits so i might just keep the body standard except for an air intake for the induction kit and a spoiler to make it look a bit different, all of which i hope to do myself. ITS GONA LOOK FUCKIN CLASS!!
I have priced a full black respray, 700 euro but recently got one priced at under 300, so its becoming more achievable. But i will go for blue LED undercar neons, really bright ones. kev_mono72's 1992 Nissan Micra I was behind a Saxo the other day, and i didnt even notice his neons untill after a few minutes, so im going to make sure that my neons are noticable from the first second you see it. I also recently got a red knight rider light for the front, a small one for either side of the grill although im gona relocate it and incorporate it into my future ice install. I also got a blue neon for under the stereo to light up the floor. I think i will get black mats with red/orange/yellow flames on them, maybe the matching seat covers too. Im going to fit all the lights myself, with switches to the right of the steering wheel so i can get to them fast if i spot the cops.
I have priced a tachometer, 65 euro, i will fit that myself too, hopefully, just left of the steering wheel. It will cost about 200 euro to get a new steering wheel and boss kit, so im going to just leave it the way it is!

Before pictures are on the next page!! New pix on the last page, and a to-do list and sum old fave pix on page 4!

Wow Kev I really like what you've done with the "beast" I really dig your sticker on the Rear window but I'm not sure what it says is it Ultra Performance or something like that you should try gat an ITG airbox for that it'd really give you lots more power and maybe some buddy club racing spec condensers cos I hear they're essential for running a little rocket like that. By the way what kind of horse power is it putting out I'd say its quite reasonable you should really try it on the 1/4 mile and see what she's really made of. Good luck with anymore mods you make!!!
