I was 19 when I purchased this car. I did alot of research and shopping before I came across an fbody that was in great condition, and not beat on. It wasn't long before I started adding upgrades to this car. 3 years later I finally got this car nearly where I want it to be. She turns heads every mile down the road and will give a 2007 Mustang GT a ride for there money. For being 10 years old this car is still a torque monster and will keep up with most new cars on the street.
As you check out my site you will notice that most of the pics are in no particular order. I have alot of older pictures scattered in with most of the newer pics. Let me know what you think. Check back in the next few months for a few more appearance, suspension, and engine upgrades that will really set this car aside from your typical daily driver.
The picture on the top left is before I had the custom hood painted. On the right is a picture after I had the hood and bumper painted. Notice how I had the licenses plate holes filled and bird emblem removed. I also built a set of brackets to house a after market set of head lights.
The shots above are just a couple other cool pictures of the Custom hood I had built by Roger at U.S. Exotics. I was lucky enough to get his last LT1 Trans Am hood built.
I wish my first mod was wheels. I can't believe that I waited so long to order these. They are Boyd Coddington Junkyard dog wheels. I have 18-9's out back and 17-8's up front. Wrapped them up in 245-40-17 KDW2's and 275-35-18 KDW's. Huge difference in appearance. I also used zoop seal to keep the aluminum looking good with a bit less work.
Just a few more pics of my car at my parents place. People ask me all the time about the paint. I have nearly 120,000 miles on this car and the paint is original. I drive it everyday in the rain, and one year in the snow. All I do is wash it with a 100% american made cotton baby wipe and use a quality soap. Give her a good Zaino wax job every other month and spray her down with a good detail spray after I dry her with a 100% cotton towel. I share my secret so you can have the same results with your fbody. Try to use soft water when you wash the car helps alot too.
A few more random shots. The bottom right picture is me taking a pic of my Cuz while he was ridding next to me on our was to the beach in 2006. I believe it's a Honda 600RR ?
