Here is My 1981 DeLorean DMC-12, refurbished in 2003. My Dad and I drove down to North Carolina to pick her up, it was a long haul thru the mountains back to St. Paul, MN. But worth it! She is a beauty. "Live the Dream"
This DeLorean is number 002879 of the cars made. It has had two other owners besides myself. It was orignally purchased by a Doctor in Kansas. He only put on 32,000 miles on the car. It was the sold back to the orignal carrier and purchased by the gentlemen I bought it from. He bought it in Kansas and moved to North Carolina, Ashville. He only put about a 1000 miles on the car before I purchased it from him. I in turn brought it back to Minnesota! that makes about nine here in the Twin cities. (that I know of that is)I opted for the vanity plates and mine read "2FUTURE" I thought I was pretty creative but I just heard of one saying "GR8SCOT" Gotta admit I'm a little Jealous!
Here is me Chillin in my new car after finally getting it home from North Carolina. Doesn't get better then this. I'll add more pictures as soon as it comes out of storage
