This here was my 89 Z71 Chevy Stepside. She rolled on 39 inch Mickey Thompson's.

To clear the way for those big meats a Pro Comp 6 inch suspension lift was installed along with a 3 inch body lift.

Under the hood lies a ZZ3HO Gm 350 crate motor with a tweaked out TPI intake. It's chipped with headers, Flowmaster mufflers and 3in exhaust right out the back. jcmitsu's 1989 Chevrolet Silveradojcmitsu's 1989 Chevrolet Silverado

The engine bay was filled with green neon, courtesy of Street Glow. jcmitsu's 1989 Chevrolet Silveradojcmitsu's 1989 Chevrolet Silverado

Here's some pics of the neon at night.

Up front the grill was updated and a fiberglass cowl hood was installed. The Pro Comp skid plate definitely gives it a unique look.

The back side shows off the GM 14 bolt rear end & 4.10 gears help to spin all that rubber. A roll pan was installed to keep everything looking nice and clean. Notice the 4 wheel disc brake set up and steel braided lines. You need some heavy breaking power to slow those 39's.jcmitsu's 1989 Chevrolet Silveradojcmitsu's 1989 Chevrolet Silverado

The interior was pretty simple...some upgrades like new carpet, guages, seat cover and Corvette floor mats.

First thing people usually noticed was the shock towers. Pro Comp's triple tier shock mounts adorn the front end, giving me a total of 6 shocks up front.

truck looks really good. I recently purchased 1 with the same lift. In WV tires cant stick out past fenders,so truck has universal rubber flares that look terrible. Ive talked to bushwacker about flare like yours, they told me their flares will not fit my step side. looking at your pics i noticed they fit pretty good so if you could help with information I would greatly appreciate it. what flares did you use and did you have to modify anything? email aaronknotts@yahoo.com thank you for any help and apologize for any inconvenience.
