In September 2003 i bought my 1997 Audi A4 Quattro. It had 76,000 miles on it and i would find out later it had a shot turbo.

This is how it looked shortly after i got it, i added the cheap corner markers (still nicer than the ugly orange stock ones) and OEM euopran clear side markers. Notice it came with the 16" sport wheels, rare for a 1.8T in 1997, it also ahs the sprt steering wheel and cloth covered Recaro sport seats.
I replaced the turbo with a slightly bigger K03 "sport" version (i kept the smaller size turbo because i can get them for cheap through work, I hate lag, and its only a daily driver) the "sport came stock on 2001 A4s (the last year of this body style, also known as B5) I had a Dahlback Racing chip (Hans Dahlback was Audis race team tuner), installed an EVO motorsports billet diverter valve, K&N filter, Labree test pipe (no catalitic converter) and Borla Exhaust. And i ahve a short throw shifter, and A-pillar mounted Boost gauge.

I got some 17x8" Flik Justice wheels, with 235/45-17 Falken tires (they kinda suck, im getting another set of 5 spoke wheels in 17" for winter tires so i can run Max performance tires in the summer, I sold my stock 16s because they wont clear the A8 rotors and Porsche Boxster caliprs im installing once my brakes need replacement) Yes i know it looks like crap un-lowered...

So I installed some Vogtland springs, Bilstein shocks, and Hotchkiss H-sport sway bars, this is how it sits now.
Next on the list is HID E-code headlights, FMIC, and a few maintenance things that need to be done.
I do all the work myself, and as of today, June 24 2005 the car has almost 122,000 miles on it, and still runs just as good as when i bought it, and as good or better than some new cars i have driven.
